8,000 Hectare Terms

In one project in southern Laos and in one project of eastern Cambodia, each are 8,000 hectare long term concessions. Project owners are currently seeking investment for a cassava farming operation to be used for the production of tapioca flower. This is an international group with significant technical knowledge and experience in this type of operation.

They are seeking $25 million in capital, and project an average annual return on investment of an incredible 75%.

These lands would also suitable with attractive investment for timber plantations, including eucalyptus or parica, should an investor prefer to negotiate for this.
